A cynical howl leaves as a mark
The pavement will rise by my trunks
And in the poplar of the Paper City
I'll light a cigarette to hollow the wind
And then
The swallow will fly
As it notices that Diogenes lamp
Turned to a cloudy limelight
That goes infinetelyLooking for the honest man
Who lies still relentless in the darkness.
